CHARLES ARTHUR TAYLOR, 74, of Follansbee, WV died peacefully on April 10, 2024, at Weirton Medical Center with his family by his side. Charles was born on May 15, 1949, in Weirton, WV, a son of the late Dennis and Alice (Harris) Taylor.
