CECILIA ANN “TOOLIE” FUSCARDO, 92, of Weirton, WV, passed away on April 15, 2024, at the Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA. Born in Steubenville, OH, on July 7, 1931, she was the youngest of four children born to Walter and Mary Warzinski Lemsky, Sr. She graduated from Steubenville Central High School.
