PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on 4th day of June, 2024, at 10:15 a.m., a hearing will be held before the Honorable Jason A. Cuomo, Judge of the Circuit Court of Brooke County, West Virginia, Third Floor, Brooke County Judicial Annex, 620 Main Street, Wellsburg, West Virginia, at which time the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources will seek to ADJUDICATE JUSTIN SCHNEIDER and ERIC HUGHES as abusing parents.
It is ORDERED that an adjudication hearing be held before the Honorable Jason A. Cuomo, Judge of the Circuit Court of Brooke County, West Virginia, Third Floor, Brooke County Judicial Annex, 620 Main Street, Wellsburg, West Virginia on June 4th, 2024, at 10:15 a.m., and that JUSTIN SCHNEIDER and ERIC HUGHES appear to object or make other defenses to the adjudication requested herein. Failure to appear or otherwise make defense at such hearing may result in the termination of the parental and/or custodial rights of JUSTIN SCHNEIDER and ERIC HUGHES.
