JOYCE KAY KEMPER WOODSTUFF, 82, of Wellsburg, WV passed away April 25, 2024, at Wheeling Hospital, Wheeling, WV. She was born March 26, 1942, in Wheeling, WV to the late James Hervy and Imagene Chirsten Kemper. Joyce was retired from Brooke County Board of Education as a Teacher’s Aide, a volunteer with Valley Hospice, and a member of the Trinity Anglican Church in Washington, PA. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Allen Charles“Dink” Woodstuff. She is survived by her sons, Michael Allen Woodstuff and wife, Deborah L. (Bish) Woodstuff and granddaughter, Michelle; Scott Allen Woodstuff and grandsons, Andrew, and Jonathan. Friends and family will be received at Reasner Funeral Home, Wellsburg on May 6, 2024, from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. The funeral service will be held at Trinity Anglican Church May 7, 2024, at 11 a.m. Interment will be at the Kadesh Chapel Cemetery following the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Brooke County Animal Shelter.
