CAROL ANN (CANISTRARO) GOFF, 75, of Wellsburg, WV died peacefully on Tuesday, May 7, 2024, at her stepdaughter’s home in Monaca, PA. She was born on November 28, 1948, in Wellsburg, WV to the late Carl and Mary (DeFelice) Canistraro. In addition to her parents Carol is preceded in death by her beloved husband Charles R. Goff, Jr; and her grandson, Charles Carl Goff, II. She graduated from Wellsburg High School Class of 1967. Carol was a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church in Wellsburg, WV and she worked and retired from Kroger Company. Carol enjoyed watching Notre Dame football, the gameshow network, and playing bingo in her spare time. Surviving Carol is one son, Joseph Goff of Wellsburg, WV; one stepdaughter, Rae Ann (Mike) Shafer of Monaca, PA; one daughter, Lee Ann Dowell of Wellsburg; six granddaughters: Karlee Hilt, Alexis Alquin, Kamryn Mayhew, Elizabeth Goff, Sophia Alquin, and Addison Goff; four great grandchildren: Leeah, Lucas, Logan, and Lennox; one brother, Frank (Sue) Canistraro of Wellsburg; two nephews; and several cousins and loved ones. Visitation for Carol was held on Monday, May 13, 2024 and again on Tuesday, May 14, 2024 until the time of the Funeral Liturgy of the Word at Mullenbach Funeral Home, Follansbee. Entombment followed at Highland Hills Memorial Gardens, Follansbee.
