ELENI “YIA-YIA” PAPAIOANNIS, loving wife, mother, yia-yia, and great grandmother passed away peacefully at the Weirton Geriatric Center on May 9, 2024. She was born one of five children to Maria and George Pagonas in Domvrena, Greece. Eleni was a woman of strength, compassion, and had an unyielding love and devotion for her faith, family, and friends.
