Jeffrey Owen Nickoles

JEFFREY OWEN NICKOLES, 59, of Colliers, WV died peacefully on Saturday, May 18, 2024, at Valley Hospice Care Center North with his family by his side. He was born on August 22, 1964, in Steubenville, Ohio to Danny and Grace (Cameron) Nickoles of Colliers, WV. Jeff was a member of Cross Creek United Presbyterian Church. He graduated from Brooke High School Class of 1982 and worked for the Local 132 Union Hall as an Operating Engineer. Jeff was an avid outdoorsman; In his spare time, he enjoyed farming, fishing, hunting, and riding his Harley alongside with his wife and friends. Jeff had a larger-than-life personality. When he walked into a room, he was sure to put a smile on everyone’s face who knew him. In addition to his parents, Jeff is survived by his wife, Victoria (Rosohac) Nickoles at home; two brothers, Randy (Edenn) Nickoles and Greg (Carol) Nickoles all of Colliers, WV; along with several nieces, nephews, and cousins. A public visitation will be held on Friday, May 24, 2024, from 11 a.m.–1 p.m. at Cross Creek Presbyterian Church, Colliers. A private funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. with Pastor Frank Lewis officiating. Interment will follow at Cross Creek United Presbyterian Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Cross Creek Presbyterian Church in memory of Jeff. Arrangements are under the direction of Mullenbach Funeral Home, Follansbee.
