The Brooke County Public Library will be kicking-off its 2024 “Adventure Begins at Your Library” Summer Reading Program with a scavenger hunt on Monday, June 3, from 12–2:30 p.m. The latest start time for the scavenger hunt is 2 p.m. The hunt is open for ages 2–18.
Families will visit businesses in downtown Wellsburg looking for pictures of passports stamps of places you could visit for adventures! You might also receive a special treat at some of these businesses.
During the kick-off we will also be helping you register for the summer reading program, creating a craft and enjoying a snack! Registration is required. Register by calling 304.737.1551 or visit https://brookecountylibs.org/events.
