ISTVAN VARGA, 84, of Follansbee WV died peacefully on Friday, May 31, 2024, at Trinity West in Steubenville, OH. He was born on March 7, 1940, in Sarvar, Hungary a son of the late Jozsaf and Ilona (Acs) Varga.
