JOHN IRVIN WISEMAN, 88, of Wheeling, WV died peacefully on Monday, June 17, 2024, at his home surrounded by his family. He was born on April 25, 1936, in Wellsburg, WV, a son of the late Wilbur and Rhea Catherine (Ditty) Wiseman.
