The object of the above entitled action is to determine the process for disposition of items of tangible personal property belonging to third-parties and currently stored at the Freeman Race Engines’ business location at 1101 Charles Street, Wellsburg, West Virgnia 26070. And it appearing by affidavit filed in this action that the attorney for Petitioner cannot determine whether there are other individuals who may have possessions stored at Freeman Race Engines’ business location, it is accordingly
ORDERED that any unknown persons do appear and serve upon W. Eric Gadd, Esq., Petitioner’s attorney, whose address is 1233 Main Street, Suite 4000, Wheeling, West Virginia 26003, an answer or other defense to the Petition for Declaratory Judgment filed in this action on or before AUGUST 22, 2024; otherwise judgment by default will be rendered against such persons at any time thereafter.
A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office located on the Second Floor of the Brooke County Judicial Center, 620 Main Street, Wellsburg, West Virginia.
