DOUGLAS EUGENE MCMILLAN, 65, of Wellsburg, WV passed away July 9, 2024, at home. He was born April 15, 1959, in Steubenville, OH to the late Thomas and Roberta Pauline Lucas McMillan Sr. In addition to his parents, he was preceded by his brother Thomas McMillan, Jr. Doug is survived by his nieces, Angel McMillan of Toronto, OH and Haleigh McMillan of Follansbee, WV. There were no services.
