Edgar “Buddy” C. Smith, Jr.

EDGAR “BUDDY” C. SMITH, JR., 61, of Wellsburg, WV passed away July 9, 2024, at home. He was born December 28, 1962, in Wheeling, WV to the late Edgar and Linda Lee Brooks Smith Sr. In addition to his parents, he was preceded by his son Mason Charles Smith who passed in 2019. He is survived by his wife, Melinda Ann Roupe Smith; daughter, Brandy Smith-Lecours (Jason) of Downingtown, PA; two brothers, Leonard Smith and Kenneth Smith (Amber) both of Wellsburg, WV; and a granddaughter, Tegan Lecours. There was no visitation.
