MARY L. CARL, a beloved member of the Weirton community, passed away peacefully at her daughter’s residence on July 18, 2024. Born in Steubenville on November 26, 1940, to Joseph and Antonina Napoli Muscara, Mary lived a life filled with faith, love, and dedication to her family.
