GARY D. TENNANT, 76, of Weirton, WV, passed Sunday, July 28, 2024, at Carriage Inn of Steubenville. He was born February 13, 1948 in Weirton. Son of the late William Harley Tennant and Bessie Smith Tennant. Gary is also preceded in death by 2 sisters and 2 brothers; most recently his brother, Rick Tennant (April 2024).
