PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on 17th day of September, 2024, at 9:15 a.m., a hearing will be held before the Honorable Jason A. Cuomo, Judge of the Circuit Court of Brooke County, West Virginia, Third Floor, Brooke County Judicial Annex, 620 Main Street, Wellsburg, West Virginia, at which time the West Virginia Department of Human Services will seek to ADJUDICATE JOHN DOE and ERIC HUGHES as abusing parents.
Further, it is ORDERED that an adjudication and dispositional hearing will be held for MICHAEL BYERS, JUSTIN SCHNEIDER, ERIC HUGHES, AND JOHN DOE. The Defendants are ORDERED to appear to object or make other defenses to the adjudication or disposition requested herein. Failure to appear or otherwise make defense at such hearing may result in the termination of the parental and/or custodial rights of MICHAEL BYERS, JUSTIN SCHNEIDER, ERIC HUGHES, AND JOHN DOE.
