Annette Marie Myers

ANNETTE MARIE MYERS, 64, of Wellsburg, WV died peacefully on Saturday, August 24, 2024, at her home with her family by her side. She was born on March 19, 1960, in Wheeling, WV, a daughter of Theodore and Phyllis (Taylor) McAllister of Wellsburg, WV. Annette is preceded in death by one granddaughter, Elicia; and a sister-in-law Janet McAllister. She graduated from Brooke High School Class of 1978 and attended West Liberty University as a music major. Annette was the owner and operator of Annettes Custom Embroidery for 18+ years. She also worked for Southwestern Pennsylvania Human Services as a program assistant. Annette was a member of Brooke Hills Free Methodist Church for many years. In her spare time, she had a love for sewing, singing, taking care of her flower garden, and most of all spending time with her family. In addition to her parents, Annette is survived by her beloved husband of 41 years, Harry Myers, Jr. at home; four children: Harry Myers of Wellsburg, WV, Maria (Ryan) Woodall of Houston, PA, Dustin (Rochelle) Myers and Megan Myers both of Wellsburg; five grandchildren whom she adored: Ivy, Amelia, Thomas, Marco, and Meika; seven siblings: Terry (Rochelle) McAllister of Ocala, FL, Ted (Pam) McAllister, Joyce (John) Leonard, Tammy Williams, and David McAllister all of Wellsburg, Kevin McAllister of Frederick, MD, and Aaron (Monica) McAllister of Steubenville, OH; and a multitude of nieces, nephews, and cousins. Visitation was held on Wednesday, August 28, 2024, Thursday, August 29, 2024 from 4–8 p.m. and again on Friday, August 30, 2024 from 10 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 11 a.m., with Pastor Matthew Fricker officiating at Mullenbach Funeral Home, Follansbee. Interment will follow at Franklin Cemetery, Wellsburg.
