DELORIS J. KELLEY, 88, of Weirton, WV, passed away Friday, August 23, 2024 at Weirton Geriatric Center. She was born October 14, 1935 in Elk Lick, WV, daughter of the late Artsel Underwood and Matha Morgan Swiger. She was also preceded in death by brothers, Arloff Underwood and Charles Underwood; sisters, Joann Swiger and Imogene King.
