Deborah Ann (Foster) Bickerstaff

DEBORAH ANN (FOSTER) BICKERSTAFF, 67, of Wellsburg, WV, passed away on Friday, August 30, 2024, at Weirton Medical Center, with her son and close friends by her side. Deborah was born on June 11, 1957. She was the daughter of the late and Billie (Moon) Foster. Deborah ran her own pet-sitting business for many years. Many will remember her for her love of animals and her amazing heart, always willing to help the people around her, even complete strangers. Deborah is survived by her son, Mike Bickerstaff and a brother, Jim Foster. A private burial was held at Highland Hills Memorial Gardens, Follansbee. The Chambers Funeral Home, Wellsburg was honored and privileged to serve the Bickerstaff family during their time of loss.
