RUSSELL JAMES NEFF, 81, of Benwood, died August 29, 2024, in Benwood. He was born Feb. 20, 1943, in Glen Dale, son of the late Russell and Nora Blake Neff. He was a veteran of the U. S. Army, serving during the Vietnam War as part of the 1st Calvary Division, retired from Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel coil coating line with 40 years of service and a member of McMechen Church of God.
