Vera “Jeanie” Jean Rutan

VERA “JEANIE” JEAN RUTAN, 66, of Moundsville, passed away Thursday, August 29, 2024. She was born January 7, 1958, in Glendale, daughter of Lloyd and Andrea Stanley Rutan. She was with Carrie Bell Pet Shop year ago. She was preceded in death by her mother and brother Raymond Rutan. She is survived by her father, Lloyd Rutan; two sons, Tony (Sarah) Jones Jr. and Raymond Jones, all of Moundsville; two sisters, Lisa (James) Gibson of Wellsburg, WV, and Debbie Lamp, and her companion (Bob Coleman), of Moundsville;  three grandsons, Tony Jones III Hunter Jones and Remington Jones; great-grandson, Jace; great-granddaughter, Oaklynn; and some aunts, uncles, nieces nephews and cousins. There was no visitation at her request. Arrangements by Anderson Funeral Home and Cremation Services 1109 2nd St., Moundsville.
