Notice is hereby given that the Petitioner herein instituted a civil action against The Heirs and/or Beneficiaries of the Estate of Angelo Sorbera, in the case as styled herein. The suit seeks to appropriate the lands necessary for the construction and maintenance of a sewage system on the lands owned by the Respondents. The Heirs and/or Beneficiaries of the Estate of Angelo Sorbera, if any, are required to appear within one month after the date of the first publication of this Notice to Appear and do what is necessary to protect their interest in this matter. This Order shall be published once each week for two (2) consecutive weeks. Further information can be obtained by contacting Thomas J.
