Laura Virginia (Tingler) Bennett

LAURA VIRGINIA (TINGLER) BENNETT, 63, of Colliers, WV, passed away suddenly on Sunday, September 8, 2024 at her residence. Laura was born on May 26, 1961 in Follansbee, WV. She was the daughter of the late Henry Tingler and Edna (Shorts) Tingler. Many will remember Laura for her love of crafting just about anything and Facebook; but most of all, her love and dedication to her family. In addition to her parents, Laura was preceded in death by her two siblings, Henry Tingler and Belinda Cook. Laura is survived by her loving husband of 45 years, Roger Dale Bennett Sr.; two children, Tracy Marzullo of Colliers and Roger Dale Bennett, Jr. and his wife, Kayla of Bethany, WV; a step son, James Bennett and his wife, Stacie of Wellsburg, WV; five grandchildren: AJ Marzullo and his fiancé, Sydney Abercrombie, Vanessa Marzullo, and Blake, Cain and Delaney Bennett; three step grandchildren, JJ, Jessica and Hagin Bennett; two step great grandchildren; eight siblings: Vicky Hercules and her husband, Bill, Ronald Stevens, Jim Stevens, Bob Shorts, Rick Tingler, Charles Tingler, Mark Tingler and his companion, Sara Lemasters and Angel Tingler; and numerous nieces and nephews. Family and friends were received on Thursday, September 12, 2024 until the time of the funeral service at the James Funeral Home, Follansbee. Interment followed at St. John Cemetery Haven of Rest Cemetery, Colliers.
