PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on 19th day of November, 2024, at 9:00 a.m., a dispositional hearing will be held before the Honorable Jason A. Cuomo, Judge of the Circuit Court of Brooke County, West Virginia, Brooke County Judicial Center, 620 Main Street, Suite 308, Wellsburg, West Virginia, 26070, at which time the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources may seek to TERMINATE the parental rights of JEREMY HOIT.
It is ORDERED that JEREMY HOIT, appear to object or make other defenses to the disposition requested herein. Failure to appear or otherwise make defense at such hearing may result in the termination of the parental and/or custodial rights of JEREMY HOIT.
