Bob “Weeno” Louis Kins, Jr.

BOB “WEENO” LOUIS KINS, JR., 77, of Windsor Heights, WV, passed away September 20, 2024 in Sistersville, WV. Weeno was born February 17, 1947, in Steubenville, OH to the late Bob “Weeno’ Kins Sr. and Betty Jane Suddoth Kins. Weeno retired from Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel where he worked as a blacksmith and machinist. Weeno was a member of the Wellsburg Fire Department, Wheeling Cave Club, and Warwood VFW. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sons, C.J. Kins and Richard “Dickie” Kins; and two brothers Stanley Kins and Richard “Dick” Kins. He is survived by his wife, Wanda Irene Pasco Kins to whom he’s been married 57 years; one son, Bob “Bobby” Kins III and his wife, Heidi Jo of Wheeling, WV; three sisters: Bonnie Kins of Wellsburg, WV, Diana Burk of Wellsburg, and Penny James and her husband Bill of Culpeper, VA; three grandchildren: Kayla Dillie, Deven Alexander, and Dori Ann Alivia Kins; and five great grandchildren: Zander, McKinlee, Khloe, Emilee, and Carter. Visitation was held Thursday, September 26, 2024 until the time of the service, at Reasner Funeral Home, Wellsburg. Interment followed at Franklin Cemetery, Wellsburg.
