MELVIN AUGUSTUS COLLEY, SR., 91, of Wellsburg, WV, passed away suddenly on his front porch swing on Thursday, September 19, 2024 with his wife by his side. Melvin was born on November 2, 1932 in Wellsburg, WV. He was the son of the late Calvert Calvin Colley and Hazel Virginia (Schwertfeger) Colley.
