Duncan Johnston “Radar” Eckels, Jr.

DUNCAN JOHNSTON “RADAR” ECKELS, JR., 74, of Weirton, WV, passed away on September 28, 2024, after a six-year battle with illness. Born on November 8, 1949, in McDonald, PA, he was the eldest of four children born to Duncan Johnston Eckels, Sr. and Dolores Crowe Eckels. Duncan grew up in Weirton, WV, and graduated from Weir High School in 1969. On July 14, 1973, he married the love of his life, Mary Ann Kasprzak.…
