History of Witchcraft in Brooke County

The Brooke County Public Library will be hosting Michal Traubert on All-Hallows or All-Saints Eve, Thursday, Oct. 31, at 11 a.m., in the Vincent Room of the Wellsburg Library.
Mr. Traubert will be discussing the history of Witchcraft in Brooke County. Mr. Traubert is a descendant of Daniel Higgins Sr. who, according to legend, was the victim of a witch’s spell.
