Notice is hereby given that John Alan Jenkins and Charlotte Angela Jenkins have filed in the Circuit Court of Hancock County, West Virginia their Petition for Appointment of Infant Guardianship over Ryan Joseph Albert, Dylan Curtis Albert, and Aoibheann Kara Nale, Minors.
Notice is further given that on the 28th day of October 2024, at 10:30 a.m., in the Circuit Court of Hancock County, West Virginia, the Court will hear said Petition for Appointment of Infant Guardianship over Ryan Joseph Albert, Dylan Curtis Albert, and Aoibheann Kara Nale, also known as Evee, minor children, and will examine under oath the parties in interest and any witnesses and any party with an interest in said matter.
