ROBERT WAYNE STUCKEY, JR., 77, of Windsor Heights, WV, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 15, 2024 at his home after recent health struggles surrounded by his family. Robert was born May 7, 1947 in Wheeling, WV. He was the son of the late Robert Wayne Stuckey Sr. and Peggy (Gamble) Stuckey.
