Wellsburg Halloween Party

The City of Wellsburg will hold its community Halloween party Sunday, Oct. 27, from 4-6 p.m., on the Town Square.
A free hot dog and treat bag will be distributed to each of the first 100 children in attendance. There will be a drawing to win a bicycle that has been donated by the Wellsburg Kiwanis Club.
