Edward Sela Baldwin

EDWARD SELA BALDWIN, 81, of Weirton, WV died peacefully on Thursday, October 24, 2024, at Weirton Medical Center. He was born on May 27, 1943, in Weirton, WV, a son of the late Sela Russell and Eileen (Whitlatch) Baldwin. In addition to his parents, Edward is preceded in death by the mother his children, Betty Lou Baldwin; and a sister, Irma Jean. Edward graduated from Oak Glenn High School and went on to proudly serve his country in the United States Air Force. He worked at Weirton Steel Corporation as a foreman. He was Catholic by faith. Edward is survived by two sons, Edward (Genevieve) Baldwin and John (Nikki) Baldwin, both of Weirton, WV; one daughter, Janet Baldwin; two grandchildren, Erin Cannistraro and Eric (Brittany) Baldwin; four great grandchildren, Aubrey, Noah, Allie, and Dante; one brother, Charles (Penny) Baldwin of New Cumberland, WV; one sister, Catherine Bolinger of Grove City, OH; several nieces, nephews, and cousins; and his furry companion, Brutus. There was no visitation. All services and inurnment were held privately at the convenience of the family. Arrangements were under the direction of Mullenbach Funeral Home, Follansbee.
