BONNIE LYNN “PINKY” BREUDER, 70, of Follansbee, WV died peacefully on Thursday, October 31, 2024, at home surrounded by her loving family. Born on September 26, 1954, in Wellsburg, WV, a daughter of the late Delbert and Elva (Nixon) Wallace.
