NOTICE
TO ALL PERSONS CLAIMING TO HAVE ITEMS BELONGING TO THEM AT THE FREEMAN RACE ENGINGES SHOP AT 1101 CHARLES STREET, WELLSBURG, WEST VIRGINIA: There is currently pending in the Circuit Court of Brooke County, West Virginia, a civil action styled Main Street Bank Corp. v. Freeman Race Engines, LLC, et al., Civil Action No. CC-05-2024-C-52, pursuant to which, among other things, the Court has been requested to appoint a Special Commissioner to receive and review the claims of parties asserting that items belonging to them are located at the former Freeman Race Engines shop at 1101 Charles Street, Wellsburg, WV 26070.
Deadline for Submission:
All claims must be submitted no later than Friday, December 13, 2024 (the “ Claims Bar Date”).
Requirements for Claim Submission:
To establish ownership and to retrieve your items, you must submit a claim in writing supported by suitable documentary evidence prior to the Claims Bar Date to:

Acceptable forms of evidence include, but are not limited to:

· Vouchers
· Affidavits
Please ensure all claims are accompanied by the necessary documentation. Claims submitted without proper documentation will not be considered. If determined to be valid, the Court will establish date(s) for claimants to retrieve their property.
Consequences of Noncompliance:
Claims submitted after Claims Bar Date and claims submitted without proper documentation will not be considered and will be forever barred. Items not retrieved by the date established by the Court will be deemed abandoned and may be disposed of without further notice.
