JERRY “MOUSE” CECIL FULKS, 77, of Colliers WV, passed away November 8, 2024, at home. Jerry was born January 8, 1947, in Wheeling, WV to the late Ralph “Joe” Cecil Fulks and Virginia Mae Perdue Eddy. Jerry worked as a painter and construction worker and was an Army Veteran serving during Vietnam in the 1st Calvary Unit and was also in the Army reserves. In addition to his parents Jerry was preceded in death by his brother, Don Fulks Sr. He is survived by two daughters, Tina Fulks Ossman and Curt of Wellsburg, WV, and Joyce Amber Fulks of Wellsburg; best friend, Sandy Zink of Colliers, WV; one brother, David; three sisters, Carol, Esther, and Sandy; two grandchildren, Chelsy Ossman Wilken and Jaylyn West; and great grandchild, Teighlor Wilken. Visitation was held Thursday, November 14, 2024 until the time of the service, at Reasner Funeral Home, Wellsburg. Full Military Honors by the U.S. Army and the Ohio Valley Memorial Squad.
