GERALD “JERRY” WILLIAM BAXTER, 79, of Colliers, WV, passed away suddenly on Friday, November 15, 2024 at his residence. Jerry was born on February 15, 1945, Weirton, WV. He was the son of the late Richard Baxter and Katherine “Katie” Baxter. Jerry served his country proudly in the United States Army. He retired from Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel working on the railroad.
