WAYNE ALLEN CLINE, 77, of Wellsburg, WV, passed away on Friday, November 8, 2024 at Weirton Medical Center, under the care of the staff with the assistance of Valley Hospice. Wayne was born on April 11, 1947 in Wheeling, WV. He was the son of the late Martin Cline and Evelyn (DeGarmo) Cline.
