Tillie Ann Meno

TILLIE ANN MENO, 97, of Follansbee, WV died peacefully on Saturday, November 23, 2024, at Country Club Senior Living in Bellaire, OH. Born on October 7, 1927, in Follansbee, WV, a daughter of the late John and Anna (Sabol) Meno. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, John Meno, Jr. She graduated from Follansbee High School and worked for many years at the former Ben Franklin Store and Alco Furniture. Tillie was a lifelong member of At. Andrew’s Orthodox Church in Mingo Junction, OH. In her spare time, she loved working puzzles, doing word searches, and loved to cook for family and friends and tend to her plants. Tillie is survived by her niece, Airry (Michael) Schultz of Weirton, WV, and a great nephew, Joshua Schultz of Weirton, along with many friends. Visitation waas held on Tuesday, November 26, 2024 until the time of funeral services, at the Mullenbach Funeral Home, Follansbee, with Father Andrew Nelko officiating. Interment followed in St. Andrew Cemetery, Mingo Junction, OH. In lieu of flowers, the family requests any memorial contributions be made to St. Andrew’s Orthodox Church.
