Judith “Judy” Ann Goff Dobbs

JUDITH “JUDY” ANN GOFF DOBBS, 76 of Wellsburg, WV passed away November 30, 2024, at home. She was born March 18, 1948, in Wheeling, WV to the late Wayne and Edna Robinson Goff. She was a member of the McKinleyville Church of Christ. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her infant daughters Faith and Peggy Dobbs, and her brother Gene Goff. She is survived by her husband, Charles Franklin Dobbs, Sr.; two sons, Charles Dobbs, II of Wellsburg, WV and Mark Dobbs of Cameron, WV; a daughter, Candy Dobbs of Wellsburg; a brother, Danny Goff (Debbie) of Sistersville, WV; a sister, Susan Woods (Lenny) of Follansbee, WV; three grandchildren: Matt Dobbs, Sr. (Tori), Charles Dobbs III, and Mark Dobbs II; and two great grandchildren, Esme Dobbs and Matthew Dobbs II. Visitation will take place on Friday, December 6, 2024, from 4 p.m. until the time of service at 6 p.m., at Reasner Funeral Home, Wellsburg, with Larry Lemasters officiating.
