William Anthony Foley

WILLIAM ANTHONY FOLEY, 86, of Follansbee, WV, passed away suddenly on Monday, December 2, 2024 at his residence after a recent health struggle. Bill was born on January 29, 1938 in St. Joseph, Missouri. He was the son of the late William and Margaret Foley. Bill served his country in the United States Army as an SP4 receiving the Rifle Marksman and the Good Conduct Medal. He retired after many years of service to Eckerd Drugs and Lowe’s in management. In addition to his parents, Bill was preceded in death by his two siblings, Nicholas and Marilyn Foley. Bill is survived by his spouse, Andrew Vandivner of Follansbee, WV and several nieces and nephews. The James Funeral Home of Follansbee was honored and privileged to serve the family with a private veteran’s cremation.
