E. ALLEN “WEAZEL” CASTO, 62, of Weirton, WV, passed Thursday, December 12, 2024 at Select Medical Hospital, Weirton. He was born January 16, 1962, in Wheeling, WV, son of Lawrence “Sluggo” Casto and the late Bonnie Britt Casto.
