Notice is further given that on the 6th day of January 2025, at 9:00 a.m., in the Circuit Court of Brooke County, West Virginia, the Court will hear said Petition for Appointment of Infant Guardianship over Ryan Joseph Albert, Dylan Curtis Albert, and Aoibheann Kara Nale, also known as Evee, minor children, and will examine under oath the parties in interest and any witnesses and any party with an interest in said matter.
