SAMUEL JULIO, 71, of Follansbee, WV, passed away peacefully at home on Monday, December 16, 2024, with his devoted family by his side. Sam was born on October 2, 1953, in Steubenville, OH, to the late Paul Samuel and Amelia Immaculate (Saggio) Julio. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Carol Julio, and his brother-in-law, Gary Perkins. Sam’s life was one defined by hard work, faith, and family.…
