BID ADVERTISEMENT
The City of Follansbee is accepting sealed bids for the purchase of a new or used backhoe with the following specifications:
Specifications: Case 580, Super L, Construction King 4×4, Extender Hoe, Front Clam Bucket.
Used backhoes must be in excellent condition for consideration.
All sealed bids should be mailed to the following address:

To be considered, sealed bids must be received by the City of Follansbee by on or before Friday, January 17, 2025, at 3:30 p.m.
All bids should clearly indicate the purchase price and the specifications of the backhoe being sold, along with any additional costs such as delivery fees.
The outside of the bid envelope must be marked “Backhoe”. All bidders must include their name, address, and telephone number as part of their bid package.
The City of Follansbee, in its sole discretion and without notice, reserves the right 1) to reject any and all bids; 2) to extend the date and time for receipt of bids; 3) to waive any bidding informalities; and/or 4) to accept the bid or bids which it deems most advantageous to the City with total respect for governing laws.
