MARK PETER KOWCHECK, 57, of Wellsburg, WV passed away December 19, 2024, at Mercy Hospital, Pittsburgh, PA., as a result of an accidental injury. Mark was born April 3, 1968, in Washington, PA, to the late Hugh and Esther Sphar Kowcheck.
