PATRICIA” PATTI” A. LAYBURN CLARK BROWN, 86, of Follansbee, WV passed away December 18, 2024, at Country Club Manor, Steubenville, OH. She was born April 3, 1938, in Canonsburg, PA to the late Donald R and Mary A. Radinsky Layburn, Sr. She was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church, Follansbee, WV, Brooke County Democratic Women, Officer of Junior Women’s Club for 20 years. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Vernon Brown, Jr., who passed December 6, 1997. She is survived by her son, Joel M. Clark, Jr. (companion Cheryl), Terri L. Bonaventura (Mike), and Donald R. Layburn, Jr. (Kathleen) all of Follansbee, WV; three grandchildren, Bre Hastings (Ryan), Michelle Filberto (Eric), and Michael Bonaventura (Whitney); and four great grandchildren, Gavin, Grant, Rian and Brady. Visitation was held on Monday, December 23, 2024, at Reasner Funeral Home, Wellsburg.
