Roger Dale White

ROGER DALE WHITE, 78, of Wellsburg, WV passed away December 19, 2024, in Wheeling, WV. He was born January 24, 1946, in Wheeling, WV to the late Herman William and Lena Elsie Coen White. Roger retired from PPG and was an Army Veteran during the Vietnam War where he earned a Purple Heart. In addition to his parents, he was preceded by his wife of 41 years, Sharon White, who passed in 2010, and several brothers and several sisters. He is survived by his son, Roger Dale White, Jr. (Jennifer) of Proctor, WV; two daughters, Sherri Farnsworth of Poland, OH and Denise Keefer (John) of Wheeling, WV; a sister, Dorothy Fluharty of Wellsburg, WV; a grandson, Charles Devin Dulaney (Ree); two great grandchildren, Wyatt and Charlie Ann; and his companion, Linda Dowell. Visitation was held place on Friday, December 27, 2024, at Reasner Funeral Home, Wellsburg. The funeral service was held Saturday, December 28, 2024, at the funeral home, with Pastor John Keener officiating. Interment followed at Franklin Cemetery, Wellsburg, with full graveside military rites by the Ohio Valley Veterans Memorial Squad.
