Susan Roberta Beckner

SUSAN ROBERTA BECKNER, 76, of Follansbee, WV formerly of Delray Beach, FL died peacefully on Monday, December 23, 2024, in Follansbee, WV. Born on February 27, 1948 in East Liverpool, OH a daughter of the late Robert and Dorothy (Turley) Ewing. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Andrew Beckner. Susan graduated in 1965 from Oak Glen High School and went on to nursing school at Montefiore Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA. Later she became a Nurse Anesthetist. Susan worked for many years in private practice. She was Christian by faith. Susan enjoyed listening to modern music. She is survived by her only brother, John Robert “J.R.” and wife, Karin Ewing of Follansbee, WV; a nephew, John Dalton Ewing of Follansbee, WV; and a niece, Kristen (Logan) Urban of Wellsburg, WV.
