Harvey Eugene Conley

HARVEY EUGENE CONLEY, 81, of Weirton, WV died peacefully on Saturday, January 18, 2025, at Select Hospital in Weirton, WV. Born on September 3, 1943, in New Martinsville, WV, a son of the late Kenneth and Flossie (Leasure) Conley. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a son, Wesley Fluharty; three brothers: Kenneth J., Allen and Gary Conley; and his sister, Elinda Conley. Harvey attended Follansbee High School. He retired after many years as a truck driver having worked for several local trucking firms. Harvey was a member of the Promise of Victory Church of God in Weirton, WV. He was an avid fisherman and loved his John Wayne movies, Bonanza, and watching WWE Wrestling. Surviving is his wife of 51 years, Paulette (Tournay) Conley at home; three children: Nancy Fluharty of New Cumberland, WV, Robert Conley of Weirton, WV, and Brian (Lacey) Conley of Weirton; two brothers, Marshall (Teresa) Conley of Weirton and Raymond (Brenda) Conley of Stafford, VA; 10 grandchildren: Ryan Stokley, Sheila Stokley, Jennifer Mayes, Jessica Montalvo, Meghan Otero, Stephanie Ruiz, Elizabeth Conley, Jerrod Conley, Justin Conley, and Shyanne Conley; 15 great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Visitation for Harvey was held on Wednesday, January 22, 2025 until the time of funeral services, at Mullenbach Funeral Home, Follansbee, with Rev. Israel Smith officiating.
