Lucille Marie (Durazio) Myers

LUCILLE MARIE(DURAZIO) MYERS, 77, of Mingo Junction, OH died peacefully on Monday, January 20, 2025 at Sienna Skilled Nursing Home in Wintersville, OH. She was born on September 21, 1947 in Steubenville, OH a daughter of the late Gildo and Theresa Durazio. Lucille graduated from Follansbee High School in 1966 and was a member of the band. She attended cosmetology school at the Beauty Academy and worked for the Fisher Big Wheel and worked as a dispatcher for Brooke County. In her spare time she loved to go to yard sales. She was the first one up in the morning and came home bragging about the deal she got for an item. She loved to play bingo and go bowling. When the Raiders were on tv she could be found saying just win baby just win. Charles and her loved to travel and spent 15 winters in Desert Hot Springs, CA on a country club, then spent the summers back home. Anyone that knew her knew she had the biggest heart you have ever seen. She is survived by her loving husband, Charles R. Myers, Sr. at home; her daughter, Bridget (Kekenak) Gura of Tiltonsville, OH; two stepsons: Charles R., Jr. (Melissa) Myers of Steubenville, OH and Brian (Isha) Myers of Columbus, OH; five grandchildren: Charlie Myers, Anthony (Jodie) Myers, Dylan Myers, Christopher Myers, and Taylor Myers; four great grandchildren: Nathan, Nolan, Adie, and Aubrey; and her brother, Eugene Durazio of Follansbee, WV. Visitation was held on Thursday, January 23, 2025, at Mullenbach Funeral Home, Follansbee and again on Friday, January 24, 2025 until the time of the service, with Cindy Lalich officiating. Inurnment was held at Highland Hills Memorial Gardens next to her parents.
